Building foundations for change
NIRMAAN is how RYA Metrostar turns intention into infrastructure. We work directly with corporation and government schools in Chennai to fix what is broken and build what is missing. That means classrooms with actual roofs, libraries with actual books, and playgrounds where children can actually play.
What started as weekend volunteer trips has grown into a structured programme. We identify schools, assess needs, bring in volunteers and CSR partners, execute the project, and track the results. Every classroom we build, every playground we renovate, every set of textbooks we distribute is documented and reported.
