RYA Metrostar is a dynamic, not-for-profit organization driven by young professionals and entrepreneurs united by a shared commitment to community service, leadership, and personal growth. Founded in 2013, we are a vibrant network of members who actively participate in social, cultural, and community-driven initiatives.

Our flagship initiative
NIRMAAN, RYA Metrostar's flagship social project, reflects our continuous effort toward community development. Focused on empowering children through education and sports, NIRMAAN works to create opportunities for students in corporation and government schools by improving infrastructure, providing essential facilities, and enabling a platform for holistic growth.
Over the years, NIRMAAN has grown from a local volunteer-driven initiative into a sustainable movement — building classrooms, renovating playgrounds, distributing educational tools, and supporting extracurricular development.

To build an empowered generation by creating equal access to education, sports, and personal development for every child — regardless of background or circumstance.
Our process
We spend time with schools and parents to understand what is actually missing — not just what looks broken from the outside.
We match the need with the right volunteers, donors, and CSR partners. Then we design something that will actually get used.
Our project teams build on-ground. Every project has a timeline, a budget on paper, and someone accountable for both.
We track what changed — attendance, reading scores, how many kids show up to practice. We publish it. If something did not work, we say so.
